Small group training
Small group fitness classes combine strength & cardio exercises utilizing high-intensity interval training (HIIT), circuits & TRX. Classes will run 40-45 minutes. No two sessions will ever be the same. There will be progression in every session so you'll keep seeing results and never plateau. Each small group training session will have between three to seven woman.
Weekend drop in packages are available
Active Mom Members $20 per class
Non members 5 sessions - $110
10 sessions - $220
