Small group virtual fitness classes combine strength & cardio exercises utilizing high-intensity interval training (HIIT), circuits. Classes will run 40 minutes. No two sessions will ever be the same. There will be progression in every session so you'll keep seeing results and never plateau.

$15- $20 per class
