There are two running plans to choose from, they are both pretty simple and will both get results. Simply choose between run-only coaching or Training plan plus, then choose your duration (6 months or 12 months). You will have communication with me regardless of the plan that you choose.
Training Plan Only:
1. Personalized training plan based on your running history, goals, and work/life schedule
2. Training Plans will be uploaded via Final Surge Online Training

This program is designed for the athlete that prefers a more personal coach/athlete relationship and comes with communication options. Also, this plan provides guidance on all aspects of being an athlete including diet, cross training, racing, and strength training.
