Virtual Workout Must Haves!

As covid becomes more of a reality so have virtual workouts. Some workouts are done outside, but most of my ladies are still most comfortable working out from their homes!


It has been hard to find workout equipment, if you cannot find it online check out Tj max or marshalls!
