What we Focus on:
STRENGTH
No class is ever the same! Full-Body strength work out to challenge every muscle group. We target all major muscles groups in a variety of ways. We use free weights, bands, medicine balls, TRX , weighted bars, battle ropes, and so much more.
HIIT
Full-body workout. Interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. They are meant to challenge and walk out feeling strong.
TEAM WORK
We work together to achieve a shared goal = RESULTS!
