Our Classes
Combine

STRENGTH

No class is ever the same! Full-Body strength work out to challenge every muscle group. We target all major muscles groups in a variety of ways. We use free weights, bands, medicine balls, TRX , weighted bars, battle ropes, and so much more.  

HIIT

Full-body workout. Interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. They are meant to challenge and walk out feeling strong.

TEAM WORK

We work together to achieve a shared goal = RESULTS! 

I have made so much progress since I started working out with Lindsay. I’m stronger and more confident, and other people have noticed. Her workouts are challenging but adaptable to any level, and they’re extremely rewarding.

You do not need to be perfect to workout with Lindsay. She works with you where you are within your ability. She is candid and encouraging! In the group workouts it is apparent that she has built a community of women with different life experiences that support and push one another to be their best.
