Get the workouts, the support, and everything you need to get started and keep going... This program is created for anyone who has struggled for years to find the right place, where they finally enjoy working out. Small group fitness classes combine strength & cardio exercises utilizing high-intensity interval training (HIIT), circuits & TRX. Classes will run 45 minutes. No two sessions will ever be the same. There will be progression in every session so you'll keep seeing results and never plateau.
Personal Training
Active Mom personalized training programs are designed to maximize your results in 35-40 minute sessions. We'll create a custom workout plan tailored to your specific goals, whether you want to build strength, increase endurance, or improve overall fitness.
