This program is created for anyone who has struggled for years to find the right place, where they finally enjoy working out. Small group fitness classes combine strength & cardio exercises utilizing high-intensity interval training (HIIT), circuits & TRX. Classes will run 45 minutes. No two sessions will ever be the same. There will be progression in every session so you'll keep seeing results and never plateau.

Postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.
