Get the workouts, the support, and everything you need to get started and keep going... This program is created for anyone who has struggled for years to find the right place, where they finally enjoy working out. Small group fitness classes combine strength & cardio exercises utilizing high-intensity interval training (HIIT), circuits & TRX. Classes will run 40-45 minutes. No two sessions will ever be the same. There will be progression in every session so you'll keep seeing results and never plateau. Each small group training session will have between three to six woman.
Monday/Wednesday - 8 am & 5:30 pm
Tuesday and Thursday - 7:15 am
Saturday - 9 am

As a RRCA Certified Coach I work with runners and emphasize the use of intelligent training plans that are based on a scientific body of knowledge and designed to help a runner achieve their goals, while minimizing the risks of injuries. Whether you are looking to run a 5k or half marathon, I work with beginner runners to seasoned runners!

This allows you to view the private Active Mom Content Library at any time you choose. Each month, assorted videos will be available to you to view. Videos will include HITT, arm workouts, leg workouts, CORE, TRX and so much more! Videos will be from 10-40 minutes, some longer, some shorter. New content added regularly.
