I never wanted to workout, but after having my second baby I was struggling to get back to a size I was happy with. I started sessions with Lindsay, and now I love working out and running and I’m the strongest/fittest I’ve ever been. Every session is tailored to me, she praises rather than shouts and never pushes you beyond what you can achieve! She gives me advice on how to live an active lifestyle and how to eat healthy. Lindsay has been my personal trainer for 4 years now. I’ve discovered that I love weight training. She pushes me each week to do my best but not so hard that I get discouraged. I’m more fit now after two kids than I was before! I get comments on how fit I look and it makes me feel great. Lindsay is easy going, friendly, and holds me accountable each week.
